2014 ULI Hines Competition 

We were given 14 days to put together a redevelopment project for  approximately nine blocks in Southwest Nashville. Our Team consisted of four Urban Planning Graduate Students and two Real Estate Graduate Students.
( The graphics, site plan and overall design was done by Evan Weaver, William Penland, Seyyed Saeed Ahmadi Oloonabadi, & Gota Miyazaki.
 The assumptions and built proforma are a product of a combined effort of Corbin Brown and Taylor Williams, Jr. )
